Mike earned his Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He previously served as a Therapist Trainee at Able Mediation and Counseling and as a School Therapist and Guest Instructor at John Muir Charter School Richmond and YouthBuild, where he focused on supporting young people and families through various life challenges.

Specializing in couples and family therapy, personality disorders, ADHD, and addiction recovery, Mike brings valuable expertise to the Ritenour Counseling team.
